My order
Where is my order?- Check your email frequently, at the moment your order leaves in the direction of your home, you will receive a tracking number by email that you can search on the website of the parcel provider (Fedex, Estafeta, Quiken, RedPack, SENDEX, etc.)
- To find out if your case is eligible for returns, read our Terms and Conditions. In the event that you are eligible for a return, send us an email to hola@shoptheface.com with the subject title "Return # your order number " and the reason along with evidence why you want the return along with your information ( name, email and telephone) and from there we will follow up on your request.
- You can make changes only during the same day you made the payment. Please send us an email with the subject title "URGENT: Modification", with the changes you wish to make being the most detailed and a contact telephone number to call you in case of clarifications. All this to assist you as quickly as possible and to be able to make the change.
Pay
What are the payment methods you accept?- We accept payments by debit and credit card, PayPal, OXXO payments, bank deposits and electronic transfers.
- Yes!, for deposits in OXXO you must make the payment to the BBVA account with card number: 4152 3133 8260 3061 and send an image with your proof of payment to pago@shoptheface.com . You have 24 hours to make the deposit, if you do not do so within this period of time, your order will be automatically cancelled.
- When you enter your data in the 'check-out' part, a field will appear where you can enter your discount code and there you can write it to make it valid.
shipments
Where in the world do you ship the products?- At the moment, we only ship within the Mexican Republic. Soon we will have international shipments... wait for them very soon :D

Shipping is on us, we want you to have your personalized products always FREE!!! However, we know that many times that special date is very close and as we all make orders at the last moment hehe. Ask by DM if we can have it before the estimated date and see the possibility of scheduling express shipping :)
* It depends on the demand at that time and place of delivery. Does NOT apply to extended area and subject to restrictions. Only in special cases :)
- It depends a lot on where you are, we handle an agreement with more than ten parcels to get to where you tell us within the Mexican Republic, always trying to make it the safest and fastest shipment to the final destination.
- In the event that you are absent when the delivery person arrives, they will leave a note on the door and record the attempt in the guide delivery process. The delivery man will return the next day to try to deliver to your address. You can dial the telephone number of the parcel that you received in your email with the guide number to do direct follow-up with the parcel and have contact with the delivery person*.

In how much time will my request be delivered?- Normally, the time from when you make the payment for your order and it arrives at your home between 10-13 business days + 3-5 parcels. PS: But we always try to make it as soon as possible :)
